Well it's women in Africa...and some of that is because of the ignorant leadership in Africa. Even Mandella was saying for a long time that there's no such thing as AIDS...it's just a plot by the CIA to discredit the South African government. Many African men still believe having sex with a virgin cures AIDS...hence the rapes of school girls by adult men.
