The Deutsche Bank Spotlight Awards recognise, encourage and reward young people who have spoken out and taken action to change, create or improve something in their school, club or community - more than 3500 young people were involved last year alone.

You can also nominate other people. The nomination period is between 4 November 2004 and 3 February 2005.
