Chewable vitamin C is good, that helps.

Vinegar stings like a bastard but is good, just wet a q-tip and then dab on.

However, if it is large and very painful and lasts a long time you might want to get it checked out by your GP, it could be something other than an ulcer.

Out of curiousity, why do you not trust bonjela? I have never had any problems with it and found it works really well.

If you can get some, wax. Dental wax. Just dry off the ulcer and stick it too it. It'll sting for a second but basically stops it rubbing on anything and aleviates the pain. Salt water/vinigar are also good too, try doing that before applying the wax.

i support the TCP party.
give your gob a realy good clean at least twice a day and gargle with TCP ...diluted a little ...each time make it stronger ...till you can take it neat. stings like fuck but the ulcers will be gone in no time.
when thay is gone ...use tcp regular as a moth wash.

If you get ulcers a lot, another thing you could do as well as changing your diet is change the shampoo you use - lots of them have sodium laureth sulphate in them which can cause ulcers. I used to get them all the time, then changed my shampoo and now i NEVER get them unless i'm really run down. It's not just me this has worked for, i've recommended it to loads of people and it's worked for almost everyone i've spoken to.

don't want to be rude, but if you don't trust bonjela (which is designed for babies to use, so is ultra safe) why do you trust the others, which are essentially the same, but for adults?
