how do you get to where you can see/change your proxy settings?

I'm guessing you're talking about Internet Exploiter...

Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings

hmmm... well that didn't work, not you ben but the concept. so here goes, does anybody know what this means or what to do to fix it?
