has anybody used these, or does anyone take them??
i suffer from eczema and have just been reading a website which sells products that are meant to be good for eczema (if anyone's interested the link is here (http://www.deadseabeauty.co.uk) )
They say some of their stuff contains Magnesium which is A natural skin toner, skin refresher, allergy fighter and moisture retainer , all of which i suffer from/have problems with.
Im going to ask my derm about it when i see her in a month, but until then any advice would be great!
Also, are any foods particularly high in magnesium levels??

Some foodstuffs which are particulary high in magnesuim are:
soya beans
pumpkin seeds
peanuts
tofu
broccoli
spinach
baked beans
milk
& honestly, most: beans, peas, seeds and nuts are high in magnesium.

* My advice would simply be to talk to your dermatologist about it - she would be the best person qualified to give advice.

However, if you want some other information on exzema, you can check out these websites:-

thecompounder.com/EczemaProtocol.html
www.eczema.org
http://www.skincarephysicians.com/eczemanet/whatIs.html
http://familydoctor.org/176.xml

If you are going to take supplements of Mg, you should bear in mind, the RDA is 250mg/day - and you need to be sure that the intake in any supplement you take does not exceed this except on the advice of a doctor.

Hope that helps a little :)
