Thought i would add a positive to this section and follow the "iv got a girlfriend" trend :D

Shes perfect! she likes everything i like and we get along so well its amazing.

Im not gonna make this thread pointless so i will ask something. Anyone else had the experience where they met somebody and instantly got on really well with them? Possibly ended up "with" them?

Sure it does happen. I've had two examples of that. One of them is a male friend (no, i'm not gay) who shares exactly the same interests as i do. But i mean exactly. It can get very spooky sometimes, because we can almost guess what the other one is thinking. The other one was just a crush on a gal i liked, so i guess we didn't really click together, it's just that i thought we did.

Yeah I'm going through a similar thing right now - he's one of those either love him or hate him and his reason for us not being together was that we were too different...then he sorta just let go and we've been getting it together and it's like he's not one of those people strongly passionate about something (my ex was a sports addict, something I was when I was younger but now I'm drama orientated which he thought was simple and crap!) so we can find a middle ground for stuff and like, we have similar humours and can read each other in a lot of ways which is sorta spooky! Very cool - lovin it - so refreshing to find someone like that when a lot of the memories you associate with past relationships is how you didn't connect...when if I think about it, me and my ex's relationship started out with us being so in tune with each other and just seemed to distance itself and sorta, spotting the differences in each other more towards the end!

Still it's spunky with new lad/lass...!! :D

Yeah my my boyfriend and i both knew like the second we saw each other, (reading that back that sounds cliche and naff but hey ho) although when he got off the bus i said to my friend, i can't talk to him he's too good for me :lol:

i have the exact same thing :) met him, text him a week or so later, got on amazingly well, seen him almost everyday since.

Congratulations on this delightful news. Answering your question, while at college, I met a girl and we got on brilliantly from the very start. The thing is, I developed feelings for her later. I didn't tell her what I felt, it got too much for me. I'm no longer in touch with her. :(

Me and my boyfriend were like that, we met in 6th form, he was upper i was lower, talked a little got on well, but i had a boyfriend at the time, I told my friend i liked him. And her boyfriend (who she's also met in 6th form) knew he liked me.

We flirted loads and i couldnt wait to see him every day, and somehow without me knowing he put his number on my mobile, after about 3 days of texting we hit it off so well we went the cinema, after just that date i decided he was so much better for me than my current bf, so we got together the next day.

Since then we've had our ups and downs, we dont argue or anything, we've just had trouble with other people. Now were living together, have 2 kittens, and were waiting to celebrate our 2 years together

and he even made me breakfast in bed on saturday :D
