What are the best food to eat to get a good bit of definition about me! I go to the gym about 3 times a week - my legs are fine as I used to play football but I have a slight beer belly and my arms are quite skinny, so want to balance everything out, and eat the right foods etc. Anyone any ideas of a wee plan I could follow!

Yeah thats right remember when your going youve got to do a proper workout, push it do sets to failure, be most carefull when exercising the back, your young so there shouldnt be any maror problems and work on different muscell parts each time you go.

Shoulders are probably what you want to do most these are difficult and takes the most time, you need at least an hour each time 3 times a week

Don't ask the gym to make you a program mate - most gym instructors just talk shit and give shitty programs too.

Don't worry about training to failure too much either - you're new to this so any decent diet and training programme will bring you OK results.

If you do decide to train to failure, don't do it every session as it has a huge impact on your central nervous system and it will also take a longer time to recover from, possibly hindering your other work outs in the week.

If you know for a fact you go to a good gym.

Otherwise they use bullshit programs they are just like robots.
