Erm... Run DLL???

Everytime I turn my pc on, when it first loads a message comes up that reads

Error loading C:\WINDOWS\System32\MSA64CHK.dll
The specified module could not be found.

it means the 'MSA64CHK.dll' process module that is supposed to be in the 'C:\WINDOWS\System32' directory

According to sysinfo, the DLL it is talking about is related to one of the premium rate dialer hijack thingies. So my guess is that you had some hijacking software installed and it has been partially removed but still tries to start up.

try downloading spybot and ad aware (the links are in the sticky thread at the top of the forum page) hopefully they should cure the problem.
