any ideas how to resize an animated gif file?

maybe resize all the frames individually, then put it back together as an animated gif? i dont know...

I use macromedia fireworks, so easy to use. Like mrmist said see if you can get animation shop or macromedia fireworks... search google or download.com

i like the animation shop in paintshop pro, but maybe thats b/c i dont know any different!
