Another Firefox problem

I don't know what it is but whenever I try to play a video clip or sound file whilst using Firefox it doesn't let me. It always says "additional plugins needed" too but can never find any updates :/

TheSite is running fine for me on Firefox. ISP issue?

I used to get the plugin error occasionally. I'd install the updates but still get the message, tried a cache clear and it hasnt done it since.
