If you get a male and female sim to fall in love they'll starting churning out sprogs eventually.

You need to get the two people to relax on the bed then click on one of them and click "Try for a baby" and they will, well try for a baby. And when they get our of bed the camera should zoom in on the woman and her stomach should get bigger. and about three days later she should have a baby. Or you could just adopt to save all that wait.

Best way to make them have babs is if you make them both the same star sign, then make them kiss three times as soon as they move in, then you'll get the option - "Should we have a baby?"
