Just started doing proper swimmming sets, trying to get a bit fitter. Cardio stuff was just not touching the flab. Doing 100m warm up, the 4x100m of alternating between front crawl and breast stroke and then 4x100m pull and kick with the floats. Very hard, but totally noticing a bit of definition on the shoulder area. Anyone else do swimming? What kind of sets do you do?
