does anyone have any exercises that can target the inner thighs??

mine are terrible and i'd like to have more tone in them...

I think if you lay on your side and lift on leg up as far as possible straight.. that will work the outer thigh thou *thinks*

maybe it might work the inner too, if you stretch far enough, at my gym we have thigh master machine, which put a weight on the outside of your leg forcing you to stretch your legs open....

that might help other than that im stuck :confused:

yeah i use the machines too, but i don't wnat my legs to get bulky...
and i mean, i dance, but for some reason that part of me doesn't look like a dancer... ;(

Depends if you, as a guy, would like well-toned legs. I don't need to, I've got great legs already. Bit too hairy for my liking, though.

Anyways, I've found yoga and running has heleped with the inner thigh.
