I played football yesterday for the first time in 2 years. I used to play every Sunday for various teams, but I stopped playing about two years ago.
My mate got me sign up again for the team he plays for, I came on for the last 20 mins and I think I died twice on the pitch!

God, I need to get fit!

I'd do some stamina building training to get your fitness levels up.

Start off slow & then progressively work your way up.

Like jogging for 10mins then 20, 30, 40 etc.

Jogging's a good idea :)

I used to go running, 2 - 3 times a week, but I haven't been for a bout a year now. I really ought to start again
