Which is the file I download to burn onto CD? Would it just be the KNOPPIX_V3.4-2004-05-17-EN.iso?

sounds about right, but usually theres an option in your burning software to specifically burn a .iso file to the cd

yeh the iso is what you burn to cd, dont burn it too fast though so you get errors
