I've recently got obsessed by Lush stuff-the shop that does really nice body stuff, shower and bath stuff and even hairdyes! I'm totally addicted! I like the fact that they make their products as naturally as possible-never been a no-chemical freak before but it just seems to be better for my skin and so deliciously girly!
So anyone else on the site like Lush stuff-or not like lush at all?
any tips on products to try etc would be appreciated!

The smell of the shop, god it's overwhelming!
Had a bath bomb from there before, quite nice. But it left petals in my bath!

I love the Bath Ballistics (http://www.lush.co.uk/system/index.html) from Lush. My faves are the Hot Java, the Think Pink and the Rainbow Worrier but they are all lovely

It gives me a headache. I can only be in it for approximately 5 minutes before I start to hallucinate and try and eat all the soap.

I adore Lush stuff!
i like the fresh face masks, cos they really work and feel so good! I also like the Angels on Bare Skin cleanser and Ocean Salt scrub. They also do a really good pre-shampoo hair moisturiser, which works wonders on my curly, dry, frizzy and dyed mop! :D
ohhh i could spend my life savings in Lush, I love it that much

I soooo discovered Lush ahead of the trend. :p
I'm a bit of a hippy at heart so I found out about it trawling the web for natural cosmetics a few years ago ago. The only problem is the price. However it was pretty perfect when I went trekking in Ladakh in India and had to use all natural stuff for washing. The shampoo bars are pretty essential for travel anyway.
Has anyone tried B Never... (http://www.bnevertoobusytobebeautiful.com/) make-up yet? It's also really expensive but I treated myself to a bottle of Love edt and it's so yummy.
I really loved the products they did containing honey, especially the Too Busy To B Beautiful shower gel, but that was discontinued. Now you only buy the stuff in gift sets, which are quite expensive.

they currently have LOTS of honey based stuff...a new shower gel called fox in the flowers (or summat like that), a new bath bomb called Honey Bee and a fresh face mask called Brazened Honey(Brill!) and maybe more stuff i dunno. :)

i remember when the shop in leeds opened. must begetting on for 5 years now, and everyone was walking down that street thinking 'what the chuff is that smell?'. you used to watch them all try to follow their noses and bump into each other. most amusing.

Its my favorite shop in the whole world. Luce, old the Never too Busy to B is quite similar to one of the scents in the Never too Busy to B shop apparently....

Blimey I go away for a couple of days and you guys have done two pages! Brilliant I'm glad I'm not the only one who loves it! I wish it was cheaper as I'm a poor student (get the violins) but I guess I see it as a treat alongside my cheaper stuff.
I love the butterball ballistic and fairy jasmine too-they are so adorable! I keep getting stuff off Ebay-now don't none of you be outbidding me now!!! Its best for smaples as you don't know how long the things have been kept anyway.
I have been useing their hanf butter bar thing last thing at night and its one of the few hand things that battle the latex smell of my gloves in the lab-yay!
I really hated the smell nefore but now I love it-its weird how I've totally changed my mind regarding Lush

I love lush! Their bath bombs are fantastic! The only thing is the nearest one is Merry Hill or Brum which isn't so fantastic!

1andonly, they do have a great mail order on their website, but I always think it is really hard to choose without actually smelling it! Has anyone ever tried making their own bath bombs? I googled it and there are loads of websites with instructions, but I was curious if anyone has had any success?

Yeah, i always get a trusty TWM daysaver and go to Merry Hill but I don't go that often as i hate sitting on the bus for an hour, its so boring!
You're very right about it being a good thing that there isn't one nearby as i would be so broke!! ;) Is the Birmingham one much bigger than the Merry Hill one?

lol yeh its about twice the size at least so you don't bash into people everytime you take a step!
Went on fri and spent too much money but it was worth it as they gave me a free face mask to try-looked like shrek and scared dad! hehe!
I also discovered a new drink that day-iced caramel coffee-I felt so happy with my lush stuff and a nice tasty drink-a very "treat me" day!

I still have a tiny bit left from when Lush sold it but I'll run out in about 2 baths :(
I think it might still be available mail order, too, although I'm not sure. I Googled it and it came up, but it may be an old page.

Piccolo-there is one on ebay for sale atm. Not sure how old it is though but its worth a look.
I got the B never catologue and my god is it expensive! I certaibly won't be buying anything from there even if it is lush' sister shop! Was nice to look at the brochure though-a really well presented one!
the shower gel may be in some of their giftsets too-like the uluru bath ballistic is but I'm guessing!

Twisted-I dunno-I'd spend all my wages there! I hear alot of folk say it helps with sensitive skin and other skin conditions-I guess cus of the lack of nasty chemicals that can cause flare ups and stuff
I'm even going to the lush shop at reading when I'm at the festival at the weekend! Well may as well! hehe! My tent will be the nice smelling one!

I read this thread and then went and blew £20 in Lush the very next day!. It's all your fault, I'd never been in there before!! I got loads of stuff, but I really love the Trichomania shampoo bar, smells good enough to eat.
