Ok simple as..

my brother has been a **** and deleted some of my files.. all my pictures, Html code for my mates website I was designing and aload of poems, word documents and data I was suppose to send to people.

Also the restore points have disapeared otherwise I would restore it, There is nothing in the recycle bin so how can I restore it?

Help please.

Erm, if he has a computer, and you wanna be really fucking evil, open it up and get a strong magnet and drag it slowly across the surface of his HDD. But I wouldn't recommend this because it will destroy his HDD completely. What would be nicer is to go on it and install about 50 porn diallers (wont be too hard, they install themselves just about). His computer will be so clogged up he'll barely be able to use it.
