What do I need to do to get a background on my LJ entries page?

I want this picture on it but I can't seem to make it work. I'd also like to be able to change the "Leave a Comment" but it's blanked out on the customisations page :/

Edit: I just realised how to do the background.

You can't change the "leave a comment" unless you pay for the journal instead of being cheap.

http://livejournal.com/users/howto has practically every override you'll need - just go to the memories section & they're all listed alphabetically :)
