Me and my friend were in the cinema when we saw the trailer and we both got a bit overexcited! I cannot wait til it comes out. I've not even a big fan of the movies, I like the books better, but I still can't wait to see it.

I saw the new Spiderman one too and got even more excited about that :D

the new harry potter film looks great specially gary oldman being sirius that will be great cos he is a fantastic actor. it will be strange though with a different dumbledore hopefully he will be just as good. i liked the book and i have both the films on vid and all the books. i heard that Daniel Radcliffe who plays harry doesn't like watching the first movie cos he looks and sounds like a little boy cos his voice hadn't broke and by the second film his voice had broke. lol:lol:

Going to go see it for Gary Oldman and Alan Rickman (as always) :D
Aslong as it's better than the second one!
Not that impressed with the films tbh.
The books are waaaaay better! Can't wait for the next one :hyper:
Anyone know anything about it or when it coming out?

I like the books, but the films?! Especially the girl who plays Hermione, Emma Watson is it? Worst. Actress. Ever. She really is awful. Daniel Radcliffe isn't that great either.

none of them had any acting experience. they literally put an advert on newsround for potential harrys/hermiones etc. none of the children had ever done any proper acting at all. they merely got the parts because JK Rowling thought they looked right

Daniel Radcliffe had done acting though, Laura. I can't remember what it was though :/ I think he was really young at the time too.

I went with my sister cuz she's into that. I kept dozing off in the theater though. Alot of the acting reminds me of early 90's Nickelodeon TV shows though :/

I have never been a Harry potter fan have never read any of the books or seen any of the films until this one.

I went to see this one with my girlfriend I personally was not keen to go and see it but my girlfriend is a huge fan.

So I went to watch the film with her and I am forced to admit to that I enjoyed the film and thought the plot was excellent and I especially liked the twist at the end.

Am probably going to read the books and became another person raving about the brilliance of the books and of J.K Rowling :(

I've never seen the appeal of the books. I've read the first two and they just seems like badly written, badly plagerised, dull, middle class kids fiction to me . I find it a bit worrying that adults seem so keen on it.

I agree with you Marv - it was a very good film! As your girlfriend I was very pleased you came along and v shocked that you liked it! Never thought you would admit it!

I will bring you the books round.

Shaft -

I can understand your point Shaft. I never wanted to read the books because everyone was reading them (I dont like following the crowd) but I eventually gave in and was hooked. They are a bit of light relief from the world.
