Choices!!

last night me and my boyfriend decided to plan a quiet night in just the two of us, get a film in from choices and just chill. wen we went to put the film on, the disk was scratched like mad and the stupid thing wouldnt even play! talk about the whole night ruined!

does anyone else have a choices near them? have you had the same problem and what did they do about it?

btw i will also be going in a complaining today, which wont be very good for them!:( :D

i have one near me.....but i have to say theyve always been really good, even to buy dvds its soooo cheap! But if i was you id complain and complain untill u get another choice of dvd free for the night! :yes:

That happened to me, with a blockbusters one. Told them, and they put a free credit on the account.

I live quite near to one. I find the service and customer relations far superior to that at the local Blockbusters. Though they have hardly any Gamecube games made in the past year.

:yes: i had similar with a video tape. however, it was the only copy they had and i still havent seen the film. not impressed :|
