Hi im me, from hertfordshire. I am 24 and recently was diagnosed as have BPD late last year. I have tried to do alot of recovery focused work with another board in America, but feel like i dont belong there.

I hope I am welcome here.

BPD is actually quite common altough most people have never heard of it. The most prevelent sign that someone has BPD is when they self injure. It is not a cry for help as most ignorant people seem to think. It is not only self injure through mutilation, but also by reckless behaviours. Not knowing who the fuck you are, and am inability to be alone. Stress Stress and more Stress.......

Anyway I dont want to waffle on to much about it, but heres a link if I am able to sort it. This is not one of the better ones but google it if ya can be bothered.
