"Junk" by Melvin Burges.

Has anyone ever read this book before, it's about two teenagers who run away at 14 to Bristol to live because of bad times at home, they end up heroin addicts.

I tell you, go out and buy it now if you haven't already read it.

yeah ive read it, brilliant book, and very re-readable too! having said that, i havent read it for a few years now! it deals with alot of issues that young people go through and shows the consequences of the actions of them really well. :)

I remember reading that book years ago! My dad got it as a promo from his publishers because he's a part time author. Haven't read it since though because my sister gave it away to one of her friends! :rolleyes:

i really liked that book, i got it out from the school library age 12 and was shocked that they had stuff like that

i think i may pick up a copy next week
