I've got all three, and the X-Box is by far the best. It's just a shame thats such a shortage of decent games, it mostly seems to be the Annual games which pisses me off and loadsa shitly made ones.

And you're right, when compared to the X-Box the PS2 is deftinately showing it's age.

NFS Underground, Tony Hawks Underground, Vice City and GTA3, I honestly get home and cry because i cant choose which one to play. The xbox rules, gamecubes are for the younger generation of gamers!

Ohh and dont let old Billy boy know, but i have a 120 gig HDD in my xbox running a version of linux, with a few games stored on the HDD, a couple of DVDs, it runs a REGION FREE dvd player, can play DivX movies and other mpeg/avi's

The PS2 is crap at best.
I've had an XBOX since it was released and it's the best of the three, my platnium GC hasint been touched in months.

The reason why the XBox is so good is because..

1. It's made by Micro$oft. You have to admit their dev team are v. good at their job.
2. It's a really a small PC.

I don't know why people don't stick to PCs for games and stuff... no console on earth will ever out shine a PC.

you can only talk smack about consoles if you own them...

each console has strengths and weaknesses.

personally i'm using my xbox as a music server and little else.

gamecube is being abused harshly by ikaruga (f*ck i need to beat that game!) and monkey billiards.

ps2 is non existant... sold one ages ago but now require one back again for ddr, piu, bujingai etc etc.

oh and ilson youth, GET A COPY OF HALO....... and learn to play it, it quite literally anally rapes brute force up the arse then gives it a dirty sanchez. brute force is a f*cking awful game, that said if you like it, you might like army men games.

only decent game you own is pgr2, xiii is pants too, less said about splinter cell the better. :rolleyes:

because some people like playing on a 36" tv rather than a 17" monitor?

exactly... it's just felix is one of those 'idiots' that are so common nowadays, he doesn't quite realise not everyone has a pc to themselves plus the cash/knowledge to upgrade it whenever they want a new game.

sure a pc is ultimately the most powerful but it sure as f*ck isn't designed from the ground up to play games and it comes at a major cost... i'd like to see you buy a pc that'll run games like a game console will for the £80-£130 it'd cost you for any particular console.
