Do you travel to go to school/college/university from where you live?

i travel for 2 hours, on 2 different trains, so stop yer moaning!!

get a train from my town to glasgow (20 mins), then a train from glasgow to ayr (bout 50 mins). plus walking time, adds up to about 2 hours, yep. :(

15min walk to lectures, half an hour to some of my supervisions. Some stuff happens in college, so 60seconds!

My department is a 10-15 minute walk from my Hall.

History building's a 15 second walk from my hall's front door.

Unfortunately, the bastard place is a grade 2 listed building, so they're not allowed to put lecture halls in there - they're all 5 minutes up the bleeding hill.

35-40 minute walk.

And isn't much quicker by bus.

When I was in uni, it was about 15 minutes walk.

When I was in college, it was like, 40 minutes bus / car ride or something.

It takes me a 20 minute walk to the bus stop, then another 25 minute bus journey, then I have to wait 15 minutes for a train.. then its a 20 minute walk to college from the train station

about a mile and a half each way...so about 20-25mins

To school is about 1 hour by car, and an hour and a half by bus.

Depends where my lectures are. Furthest is 45 minutes...closest is a seminar and that's only 10 minutes away.

I used to have to walk 15 mins to the bus stop and then a 1 hour bus journey to get to school. I hate buses.

About 15 mins to my school by bus and 30-40 mins walk.

On Work Exp, 3 mins walk. I loved it for that. *sigh*

omg i'd stay in bed!


its a 10min bus journey for me :) and the bus stop is over the road from my house.

From 2 to 10 mins walk im at a campus uni so its all very close together :D

Like lucifer devil, about a mile and a half each way...so about 20-25mins. Not fun if you have lessons after school as I do once/twice a week, and have to walk home in the dark.

Used to be about 10 miles to school/college, now its about 3 miles to uni, pus about 5 mins wonder around campus.
