Working in Gran Canaria, Falaraki etc

Im on my year out at the momnet and im looking to go to somewhere like Gran Canaria or Falaraki to work during the summer months. How do i go about doing this? Also anyone got any recommendations as to which place i should go?Cheers for any help.
