What is this ?
My PC has being playing silly buggers the last couple of days, crashing and not starting up properly. So I done norton system check to find problems which it did, tonight before I went out I set the virus scan off and its found
* sponsor setup exe* its a trojan. At present i have it in quarantine so what do I do ?
Do I delete or what ?
It said something about messenger but I aint received messenger files
Do I just delete the file ?
Thanks :)

I thought files like that were automatically deleted?
I run Norton but it expired so I have to re subscribe. I ran a free McAfee system check and it found a worm in a few places that I didnt know I had! But I would delete it. Its infected by a virus.

I had a problem with Win MX. That's where I got my viruses from.

emule (another version of it is edonkey) automatically shares and therefore the RIAA can scan everything your sharing and downloading which means you strictly have to download and share only 100% legal stuff (which you are obviously).

Do a search for Limewire. It's similar to WinMX and Kazaa.
