ok im trying to use msn dos prompt

i goto run type command like you should it comes up... but it wont let me type in the window whats up... im trying some stuff out i try to type the command but it doesnt let me???????

and command doesnt let me type...although i can still used the highlight button and mouse button and toolbar :|

im not restarting it in Dos mode because i need window up and plus im scared of dos....
