Whats the best haircut to get if you want your hair to be short at the sides and stick up at the top. I mean about an inch or 2 on the top?

What does that translate to in shavers terms?

I think its 2 back and sides.

I wanna know coz my hair is really dull and needs a new look.

Get about a 3 at the back and sides, and just tell them to take a wee bit off the top, and cut into it at different lengths.

Even an inch sounds a bit much to get taken off the top, but then I don't know how often you get your hair cut :p

Oh, and don't get clippers on the top. Ever.

grow your hair a bit, and mess it up. none of this shaved back and sides, makes you look like either a ned or a trendy.

Totaly agree... and no yoou dont have to be a trendy/mosher/townie/keeza, you be yourself.

But then again.... short back and sides TOWNIE ALERT . hehe.

This sounds pretty cool. I take it this is what you have? If so could i see what it looks like cos im fed up with my hair!
