Question on frames?

I'm using MS Front Page 2001.

When I save a frames page and it comes up as the layout being highlighed in blue, do I save that as my index.html and then the left frame as say links.html then the centre say main.html?

I tried it before but when I opened it up in my browser the whole page was messed up.

well u dont have to actually call it specific names such as index, you can call it arseburger.html if u really want.

I used to use AOLPress when I first started doing web pages.

it very good for learning on.

You can find it on google fairly easily.
