chest pains, reply asap, pls!

today i was upset, and got strong urges to cry, and a huge lump in my throat, but as i was in public, on the train, and talking to a girl, i had to hold them in. this went on for about an hour.

now, for the past 2 hours my chest is feeling really tight and painful. does that have nething to do with what happened today, or could it be summat else? im kinda worried, reply asap, please!

i think maybe its because of what happened to you earlier and that you were still tensed up?is it still sore now?
