Red Spot!!!

Hi all...
I have got a red spot on my nose! i don't have any anywhere else. Its really sore when i touch it. I was looking through the site and it said don't touch red spots!

What should i do then?!?

try putting some savlon/germoline/something similar (antiseptic cream) on it, it should reduce its size and dry it up as well making it not look so bad :)

perfume or witch hazel, both will sting a wee bit but it'll dry the spot up
