Although you could add that a bloke being penetrated anally has also lost his anal virginity too. From the blokes point of view when penetrating, it's more or less the same, and even if he's never had vaginal sex, and only had anal, you could say he has lost his virginity.

I don't think anal sex counts as losing your virginity in the traditional sense, as the breaking of the hymen always represented the deflowering of a young lady.

However these days it probably does count, as it's more penetration-based and I suppose it's how you personally look at virginity and what you would construe as losing it.

you could also see it as an emotional debate, i've read threads on these boards about guys and girls "thinking" they lost there virginity even though the penis didnt fully go in. others would look at it like they didnt lose there virginity as it didnt fully go in. so i think it depends on what the person wants to believe.
