Well, I'm 23 and have never even seen a girl undress. But I've always wanted my first experience of foreplay/sex to be totally special. So I carry on waiting!

Don't worry hun. It will happen eventually....don't build it up too much and don't let it become a quest! Tho you sound way too sensible for that!:)

How would you like it if everyone laughed at you like that?
Be great when the human race dies out. We deserve it. Fuckers. Wait a minute. That would mean I'm looking forward to me, my friends and family dying. Fuck. I retract my statement. :D
j whatever, you are definitely not the oldest virgin. I've heard of people who are about 80 and still virgins. And what about monks and nuns? They are mostly religious nuts though. Don't worry about it, it's not a big deal, anything's better than having a horrible experience. You should be fine :thumb:

Have you ever seen pictures of the young Ann Widdecombe? She was quite a treat, its just age and pudding-bowl haircut have not helped her attractiveness.
She is still a virgin simply because she believes sex before marriage is wrong, and she hasnt got married yet. I say good for her for sticking to her beliefs, so many girls now cant wait to have a fat cock in their pussy, and they dont care who it belongs to. Meaning its hardly a surprise so many kids are getting up the duff.

Very true. Thats what I want to do because I want it to be amazingly special. But still, you get those days where all you want is a good shag!

As someone wisely said on these boards, having had sex or not is only the same as having tried windsurfing or not, or having travelled to South America or not. Celebrate who you are and stuff what everyone else is doing.
Check these features out if you need more reassurance:

Well i'm 17 and still a virgin. But i'm depressed and a recluse. Least thats the excuse i'm sticking to. i see no shame in still being a virgin at ur age. Might even be a turn on for the woman that u eventually sleep with. But most people ur age have sex pretty early in the relationship. they might not want to brake u in. by the way why r u still a virgin. Haven't found the right person? R u troll ugly? No offence just want to know.

I wish I had waited until it was somebody special. The awkwardness and fumbling wouldn't have mattered if they were special.
Although it wasn't, I kinda like to think that my first time was with my boyfriend, not who it was with. I like thinking of loving, mutually appreciative sex being my first time, not a random fumble with someone.

Ok, so we're talking about sex here, and maybe that phrase isn't the best to use. But if you're not out there, not seeing friends, not going to pubs, not seeing other people socially, and not keeping your eyes and ears open for an opportunity, then you're not going to get anything - sex, relationship, or whatever.

just depends on you... the time and place and the person your with.

i think its a really good thing that your still a virgin, i'm 16 and a virgin and yeah i sometimes which i wasn't because with some boys i go out with i get really worried about telling them i am incase they don't want me but thats just because im stupid like that and the boys i go out with are stupid too!
i wish i had as much confidence of some of the people who are still virgins and don't care what other people think or say about it.. :)

I didn't lose my virginity until I was 21 but I wasn't too bothered about it up until then. I'm still with the girl now and I'm glad it was with someone I love rather than something meaningless like a ONS.
I think it's a sad fact of our society that people feel rushed into having sex as if it's the biggest thing in life. It's not- though granted it's great fun with the right person - and people must realise that sex at a basic level is to procreate and pleasure is the by-product.

Same here, although I'm 18.
I'm waiting for the right girl. I've had offers (drunken), but I don't agree with sex for the hell of it - it should mean something special, such as sealing a relationship with someone. My friends on the whole don't understand it, but I'm not going to bed with someone just for them. At the same time if I fancy a girl then find out she randomly sleeps around, I won't even try to go out with her. Its a right turn-off. People might criticise me, but I'd rather go for someone with a compatible attitude to this!

I think it's great how people wait for the right time and person to have sex and want to keep their virginity until they think the time is right. I wish i had waited.

well I really don't think its a big deal. I'm 18 and I've just survived freshers fortnight and my first few weeks of uni, still with my v-plates intact. There's no point in doing it unless ur really ready, cos otherwise u'll regret it, as quite a few friends of mine have. It'll happen when it happens...and theres loadsa other good things in life to b getting on with, its not the be all and end all, its just sex.
Is it ok just not to care what happens to you at all? If you do care, you just seem desperate. And no-one finds that attractive, do they? Trouble is, not caring just seems a little worrying to me. Otherwise, it'd seem like the perfect option. Can't bloody win, can you?

I'm 21, and I lost my v-plates last week.
It could have been sooner. When I was 18 I was going to sleep with a chick, but I'd had lots of tequila, and you can guess what did (or more accurately, didn't) happen.
That shot my confidence to hell, so the chicks I did manage to attract - I pushed away before anything could happen.
Stopped caring about it lately, and things ended up ok. :)
You live and learn I guess.
