What was everyones views on this. I thougth I knew a fair bit about like Rhodes Farm and stuff but some stuff still was new to me.

Rhodes farm is a clinic for the treatment of anorexics. Its really quite a moving documentary. Rhodes farm supposed to be one of the most succesful clinics however it hasnt worked for my friend.

rhodes farm is a live-in eating disorders institute.

what did you think of it kaffrin? Any comments or anything?

wasn't impressed.

they gave the impression that eating disorders were just a phase some young teenagers go through, that can be 'fixed' with the right treatment.

but them in a unit for 4 months and they'll be fine. when we all know that's not the truth at all.

the only part that i thought was good was when the ED specialist was talking about how EDs are so under-reaserached cause no drugs help, so no drugs companies will give money to research. she was the only person who struck me as knowing what the deal was.

yeah I thought it was a bit iffy the way they sorta showed it as 3 months and alls fine! When it clearly isnt.
