As a size 14/16 gal(been told im pretty and nice) wiv such a brill personality i wonderd if i am eva guna get a lad.....i had past relatoionships but i fink dat maybe no fit lad wil like me cos im overweight..... does this made a big difference? im 17 and i fancy 20 odd yr old lads including my ex;s who were of dat age. does dis mean dat i aint eva gunna loose my v plates just cos im overweight? reply plz i need help!!!!!!!!!!!im sooo loosin confidence

If you really want dickin that bad and wanna lose your V, just go to a few clubs and get bit tipsy and pull a bloke (It's slutty, but it suits your name:p ;) )

I don't think you being overweight (if you are?) matters that much, a lot of blokes will fuck anything once (and if your only worried about losing your V it shouldn't bother you that much:p)

u shldnt think bout ur weight, i mean who cares?!? every1 comes in loadsa dif shapes and sizes. u'll find the right guy soon enough just be confident with yourself and live life, ur only 17 uve got loads time to find the right guy, so just enjoy life and then your time will come.

I am also of the thinking that weight/size is not really a factor in anything BUT if it is concerning you in this fashion - why don't you try changing your figure?

Healthier eating and a little exercise will do a lot in to your figure in a short space of time!

It is so easier to change things, and if these changes can make you happy or give you a confidence boost then do something about it! :)

Also - as *lil~miss* said, you are only 17 - you have plenty of time ahead of you! Don't worry about it!

Really honest and brutal thing to say... if your really slim and really fit EVERYONE knows that you're going to stand a better chance of pulling than if your not...

But if you're a great person, and have a wicked personality it's going to be easier for you to hang onto that special someone when you do get hold of them!

But seriously ... the harsh truth to life is that people often make a decision about someone in the first ten seconds of seeing them. First impressions (size weight gender colour) all give us an instant summary of what we believe the person will be like.

If you want to pull fit lads then you have to look like a person they would talk to. Once that happens they have already made their mind up and you will have to do little work to get your way!

It depends.

Some people are shallow and will judge you on your looks. Is that anything new?

On the other hand some may not care if you're overweight (heck, some men even are attracted to overweight females).

If you go looking or worrying about it goina be harder to get-
As its always on your mind- whoch kinda holds ya back.

The older you get the more oportunities that arise so be patient and just enjoy it.

A 14 aint too big- and you say "fit lads" would you not go out someone your own size? Just sounds a bit contradictory is all!

It's whats inside that matters. Sure fit girls get more attention but they get attention from the guys who look just at whats on the outside not at whats on the inside. To find someone decent you need to find someone who looks at the inner you. Also a lot of it is down to confidence. I've been out with girls who are a lot slimer than me and attracted more attention (I'm 5'10 and size 16/18).

Don't give up hope, it will come along when you least expect it, after all whats the rush, its not a race

I think it's all to do with the fact that you're not confident enough... you may think you are confident, but you seem to put the blame on your weight being the fact you're not getting any luck with men and the bedroom department... which to me screams out that you need to relax and not worry about it.

Being overweight doesn't make you unattractive! And 14/16 isn't that bad! Just look at Dawn French for example. She aint a slim lady, but she is very attractive because of her personality!

Yes have to agree, I didn't read most of the post because of the text talk :)

As far as sizes go men/lads like all different sizes, some like them big and some like them small. So even if someone is a size 10 then it does not mean they will pull the fella they want as he might like them a size 14/16 :)

It reduces our great language to abbreviations that have little or no convention, which completely ruins the point in abbreviating in the first place. I'm not trying to be scournful or "having a go", I just feel that text talk is becoming used far too often in everyday language. Before you know it the English dictionary wil list "b4" as a word with meaning "see before". When that day comes I start speaking a different first language.

Why? A lot of men are attracted to bigger girls, its just the media that seems to think that a size 6 is the vision of perfection.

But youll never pull if you have such a low self-image of yourself. Size 14 aint exactly fat- chubby mebbe, but not fat. The average size for a girl in the UK now is somewhere between 10 and 12, and last time I checked dress sizes went up by centimetres, not miles. Get the self-image sorted out, stop thinking that affection and self-worth is six inches long, and youll find someone worth losing your virginity to.

Either do that or do what harmless said.

Oh, and quit with the text speak. Its impossible to read, and its impossible to understand. English has vowels in it for a reason.
