Hey i was wondering if this was normal or if theres somethin wrong with me. Always during my period like the 3rd or 4th day till the 7th I get real sore down there and sometimes i find tiny red bumps. And I dont use tampons just pads could that be the problem or does anyone know what can be wrong?

A lot of people get a form of nappy rash from sanitary towels where they rub. id suggest changing brand or trying tampons or one of the more eco freindly types of protection.
