how do i go about making a cuppa draw? do i just mix it in wit the water or what? do i pu a tea but in it too or would the caffine in the tea bag defeat the whole point of it?

THC doesnt disolve in water, other wise bongs would work, you need to disovle it in a fat.

With tea thats usualy milk, heat it on the stove gently and mix in the finely ground hash or grass, then stir for a while. Then add to tea/coffee.

Use butter and put it in a youghert or sandwich.

Put hash or skunk on the spoon, put butter on and light from under the spoon, put the butter/hash mix in the youhert and repeat until you think there's enough in it or else put the butter mix away somewhere for an hour and then make a sandwich and put some ham or something on it :yum:
