you mite remember me saying about my friend who went out with the person i liked behind my back? well ive just told her what i think of her and i feel so much better :) *sigh*

sometimes its better just to let it all out...or do you think it should all be kept in?

Not at all. Let it all out, definately. Dont keep things to yourself, unless what you're going to say is un-necessary and hurtful towards the other person.

Anyway, well done, glad you feel better for it :)

yeah i wouldnt have said it if it didnt need sayin but ive kept it inside for 2 months and tried to be friends with her but i just cant anymore
