what do people think of them?

rather than just meeting someone in a chat room....has anyone used a kinda match maker online website, where you put in a detailed profile and even a photo, and arrange to talk and meet someone?

because ive been looking at them and thinking if i should try it.....

I think boards like these are better then any online dating agency

If you meet someone through a site like this you've at least had time to build up a relationship as well as to see how they think by the way they answer postings...

Most online dating site are simply databases that help you sort through a list of people.. Most are just out to make money off people too.. although good luck to those that did meet in a dating site...

In 20 years time it's goning to be so funny being in the playground when kids are talking about how their parent's met ....
