im getting nail extentions tomorrow...

...anyone had them? anyone give me advice on how to maintain them? just generally i want to know everything im going to have to do...

ive had them before and obv didnt do very well with maintaining them :eek2: so help would be appreciated

Yeah, I've had them twice and they are good if your a nails person.

I paid £25 and pulled them off with in a day. Both sets. But my mate on the other hand had them and kept them, my mum had them and kept them. Had set after set done.

Like i said, yes if you're a nails person.

I dont expect you to reply to this because you wont be able to type. :p

Do you use anything in particular to keep them strong? I seem to be able to get about 4-5mm of white tips (don't know the correct name!), then they start catching on things and splitting :( I don't want them any longer - so could never have false nails on.. have tried but pulled them off within hours! - I just want them stronger :)

Well, the main reason why my nails are reeeeally strong, is nail polish.
I am never without nail varnish on my nails, whether it's blood red, black or clear, I never have "natural" nails..
There's something in the nail polish that keeps them extra strong, so plop on that clear nail varnish :)
