ive got ambre solaire duotan, which I quite like, its not too dark so still looks natural. Ive heard that the sainsburys own brand came out the best in consumer tests, but ive not seen it in my local sainsburys.

St Tropez every time. Original & best. Probably the most expensive too but you only get what you pay for with fake tan.

isnt st tropez one of those spray on ones that you have to get done professionally?

No you can buy it in Boots like the others & put it on at home.

Ive just got some of the bodyshop self tanning lotion, and its really really good. it absorbs in quickly so you dont have to wait around trying not to sit down and smudge it. it rubs in easily and doesnt go streaky at all, and it looks natural. I got the light/medium one. Just thought id reccomend it as im impressed, and it was halfprice in the body shop sale round here - i dont know whether all body shops have a sale on though.

Definately have to agree with the St Tropez. Can't go orange and it's easy to see where you've applied the tan so no streaks either. Perfect for clumsy divs like me who end up with stripey ankles, knees etc :D
