How people think swimming costumes hide bulges i dont know, they accentuate them half the time! Cling in the wrong places.

I have a halterneck tankini which is getting a bit old, and I've just bought a new halterneck bikini. I need to get one with normal over-the-shoulder straps, though, or I'll have really obvious tan lines when I get back from my holiday! I'd like to get a strapless one, but it wouldn't suit me :(

i just bought a tankini to go to the swimming baths in after my lil embarrassment with my bikini last time

but i would go sunbathe in my bikini if a car wash didnt open up next to our house - pervy old guys!

ive got 2 bikinis from last year, stringy triangle ones that you can adjust if you put on weight:D

theyre both halter neck and both from topshop-they usually do a nice range:)

Damn my DD cup breasts! If i wanted the right cup size I'd have to buy about an 18, and then the bag and bottoms would be like 3 sizes to big:mad:

I have a similar problem, I'm a size 8/10 on top and a 10/12 on bottom so I either have to buy two bikini's or buy the top and bottom as seperates.

I bought a new bikini for my holiday this year and got it in BHS as they sell the tops and bottoms for the same bikini seperately. :)

I'm a DD too, and you can find bikinis that fit, you just need to look a bit harder.

Halternecks give the best support, but some places sell them in cup sizes, so you can get a better fit.

Ooooh, I like halterneck thingys and skimpy stuff. One of my bikinis has little things you tie up on the sides for the bottoms bit and people keep trying to pull them so the bottom bit falls down and you can see my...well, yes. :| :(

simple solution i do is knot them then tie the bow, or you could do a double bow or what ever theyre called:)

i wear a tankini unless i'm wearing my boardshorts, then i just wear a normal kini.
ooh and if i'm surfing i wear my boardies, my halter kini with my rashi over the top.

and a bra type one with a hawaiian flower on one of the straps, and one on the bottoms..tres jolie :D

2 pairs of o'niell boardshorts/an o'niell and a roxy rash vest (t-shirt type thing) for extra sunny days (damn my milk bottle give me skin cancer skin) a tankini that i usually wear the top and board shorts and one extra skimpy worn once bikini with halter doobly

I'm exactly the same size as you hellie - i did a John Lewis miz and match thingamijig with different size top and bottom, but it's got the stringy tie thangs so i'm thinking bout sewing them up before i go to Malia in two weeks' time...

but my tits r too big for a 8/10 top so i always buy the ones with a cup size or tankini's.

i got loads i got three full swimsuits (one skimpy one and the other two r good for tanning) string bikini, normal bikini and a few tankini's....guna get more if i'm goin away this summer tho :p

I just bought a new halterneck bikini. Its turquoise with little tie up thingys with beads on the end. And then i had to buy the bikini that went really nicely with it :D

O how embarassing! I was sunbathing today in my bikini (black one with tie up strings with beads on), and my friend said he'd come round at 4pm to drop a book off i needed. What does he do? Come at 2.30pm, when i'm NOT READY and looked a state with mad hair etc, and wearing next to nothing. Getting a good tan though :D

Halternecks are niiiice... Like the tie things as well (although they give me itchy fingers to untie them...)
