Counting Crows

K, heres the deal,
I only got into the whole Counting Crows thing in the past couple of months, anyway I now think they're brill. I've got the Hard Candy album. Just wondering, how does this one compare to their previous stuff?
Like I said in a different post Im gonna do some serious shopping tomorrow,including getting loadsa new cd's. Are any of their old albums (i dont even know how many there are :confused: ), well, should I get one of them?? Or are they crap compared to Hard Candy? Or is Hard Candy crap compared to them, which means I should definitly buy one of the old ones?? Ah...you know what I mean......lol

At the risk of sounding like an elitist twat, Hard Candy is shite compared to their other albums.
The most accesible (getting more pretentious here) is probably 'This Desert Life' - you probably know the song colourblind (was on Cruel Intentions). But I also think August and Everything After is great too.

There's a live album (Live across a Wire) which is good, but it's a double cd and usually pretty pricey. I can't remember what their first album is called, but it's not my fave so I don't really care.

So.
This Desert Life and August and Everything After.
My suggestions. Just don't blame me if you hate them. :D

Long December and Mr. Joes are the best tunes. I like their covers more tho. Hard Candy their latest album?
