Hey everyone, i've just come home from my Duke of ed Bronze award trip. For people who don't know that you have two days and a night camping out and you have to walk 15miles in them two days carrying everything in a rucksack.

Oh my...it was hard lol. I'm not exactly a big walker so it made a change. Plus the night we camped out i didn't go to sleep anyway so i was even more tired for the 2nd day.

Soooo anyone done duke of ed? Bronze? silver? Gold??

Ahhh I remember my Bronze Duke of Ed...

I only bothered to do the expedition but it was absolutely brilliant!
I did it with the scouts (don't knock it!) so no teachers were checking up on us and it was with my mates.

Anyway a lot of the walk was cut out by the bus we took... and we sat in burger king to make up the time saved by the bus. We set off fireworks about every 100 metres in people's bins and the such, got to sleep in a cabin because it had been raining so hard and went to the nearest village and sat at the train station drinkin cider (that was a one off, it's not like I do that every weekend!)

Like I say... those were the days!! :D
