I'm too lazy to read all of the guides on keeping fit. :p

I'm happy being a slob, but sometimes...just sometimes ...I wish I could be fit. I walk to work every night!  :crazyeyes

All my life Ive been overweight, but always one of the best runners for some reason *confused*

The last nine-ten months, its slipped really badly, I got dropped from the school hockey and rugby teams, and well, I started spending all my time on the PC.

Anyway, I some how ended in the overweight/obese border bracket ( the one where you are told that you have let yourself go so get back on track). But Im getting back on track. After reading thesite's very helpful info about diet, obesity, fitness etc, Im returning to my old self.

I just went for a 1 mile brisk walk/1500 m jog and feel better for it. Im gonna try and run five times a week, and its amazing the fulfilment I get out of it when I finish.

Sorry to make the topic all about me, but Im really proud of my acheivements.
