I basically only know what boxers are!

briefs are th shape of pants, like bikini style
pants are the same, but I say pants for every type, more of a slang term
y fronts, same as briefs but with a y shaped seem at the front, think they are open there too.

swimshorts are a bit smaller than briefs. boxers are most usual. ck coton types are oooh I cant remember, but to me they aresexiest, everyones different though. go to an underwear shop, it tells you on the label;)

Briefs - Similar to speedos, except you don't paddle, or piddle in them, you get incontinence pads for that, or the nearest loo for that malark. They have a button fly..

Boxers - Shorts which you wear under ya trousers - can come in two syles, tight fit which close around the thigh, or loose opening around the leg. Come in a button fly opening, or non-button fly opening..

Pants - Nickname for Briefs..

Y Fronts - Similar style to the briefs, however they have a sort of upside down "Y" seam which is the fly opening which you bring out the mouse from the house to take a wee, or a wank..:\

If you want to know what these look like then you should do an image search on Google, in the USA Pants mean Trousers.

Boxers give no support so if you don't mind hanging loose then these are probabaly the best looking.

Go to M&S they do a good range of all the above!!
