Argh got to have a fitness test for a motor racing thing I've applied for. Its on the 30th June.

So yeah can anyone advise me how to improve my overall fitness in 34 days?? I gave up the fags 39 hours ago, so thats a good place to start.

you could try...
running (make sure you get some semi-decent shoes)
aim to 'run' 3 times a week
start by running and walking - do about 2 minutes of each on a circuit that lasts about 15 minutes.
each day try to run a litte more and walk a little less
it gets easier.
well done with the fags, but watch out for coughing up loads gunk while you run (and possibly in general)

you should go to your local gym and ask a qualified fitness instructor.
what hobbs has said is a good idea. but i would walk first. dont try to run straight away if you've just given up cigarettes. walk every day for about a week and half and then bring in the running at intervals, like hobbs said.
