Making new friends

Bah. Over the years I've made some very nice friends and it was kinda natural, just met them and such. But now some of them are changing and so am I, and we are growing apart and I need to look for new friends. I have no idea whereabouts to look though, any ideas???

Join clubs - anything, really, from sports and hobbies to after school clubs.

You will be going to 6th form or college soon, either of which will expand your friendship group.

The possibilites of increasing your number of friends are seemingly limitless. Indeed, as a great friend often says 'the best things come to those who wait', so be patient and remember to be happy and to smile, and not to worry or overreact unnecessarily.

Don't be shy, invite new people out with you and widen your social circle... it's not a guarantee of a brand new group of best friends but some fresh faces are always good and you can build on social relationships to make them into worthwhile friendships :)
