hehe they were the first band announced, ages ago. Most exciting bands there for me are The Music, Yeah Yeah Yeahs and The White Stripes.

Yes, two years back they had Eminem and D12, and they were fucking shite. I thought it was meant to be a rock festival???

I've been three years in a row now (Leeds leg) but I can't afford to go this year, and there are only two or three bands I am interested in seeing (AFI, Blink 182 and Metallica) and to be honest I don't really fancy shelling out all that money for those bands. :crazyeyes

My boyfriend has just gone to the Download festival this weekend which he says has been far better organised that Carling Weekend ever has!
