So you meet someone, she/hes really gorgeous, lovely body ;)

You start getting quite cosy, cuddling up and getting that bit closer, you lean together and as you get nearer you can smell *Stinky Breath* :lol: :lol:

So what do you do ??

Nothing like this happened to me, but i think surely it has happened to someone. So come on what did you do???? :D

I think I'd be too embarrassed to mention it so I'd pull 'em but try not to drag it out too long, and go find someone else! Or after a while I might have to get out some gum, have some myself and then offer it to them in the hope they'd take the hint...

But how would you handle it? You couldnt just offer them mints all the time, if it was starting to get serious then youd have to say something......wouldnt you.

Because I certainly couldnt tell someone they had bad breath. Its the same as when someone has B.O (body odour), you cant actually say "hey you stink" so what would you say ??

Obviously when you were an item you could come out and just say it, but im talking about when you 1st meet someone and its in the early days :)

well to be honest, unless i really liked the guy, then bad breath would probably end up turning me right off him even if he completely gorgeous...! ;)

having said that, if id been with the bloke a longish time then id probably tell him by saying something along the lines of:'your breath smells'

I totally agree with you. Bad breath is disgusting nobody should have bad breath. If a guy I was going out with had bad breath I would tell him to sort it out. In a subtle way of course or as i said earlier offer him a mint.

ive only been in that situation once. the gut was good looking (not great but ok) and he had bad breath. i couldnt bring myself to say anything to him cos he was really dweet so i told him i faked a sickie and went home. havent seen him since, we still txt each other and he thinks the reason i left was because im gay... i figured that was better for him to think than the real thing :blush: ...

Mints and gum are a bit inconvenient. Those new instantly dissolving strips are great though. A bit strong, but they freshen your breath in seconds.
Smokers breath is just plain evil. :yuck:

I'd tell them :) I personally would want to know. I'd tell them being as tactful as possible obviously!! But I always have either gum or a minty spray thing *Ooooo get me* So I could just offer them one!

i would invest in a clothes peg, and say it was for a nasal condition i had where i couldnt breathe through my nose.
